Scalar i500 Request for Quote

Jeff and the rest of the Strategic Support Solutions staff are fast and attentive. We couldn't figure out how to get rid of the ''library Not Ready'' Message on our Scalar i500. Jeff walked us through trouble shooting the library, and had us back up and running in a matter of hours.
