PowerVault ML6000 Series Request for Quote
When our Dell ML6000 unexpectedly went down and wouldn't power back up, we thought we were dead in the water and would need to purchase a replacement library. We called Strategic Support Solutions, and Jeff troubleshooted the issue, and narrowed it down to a bad power supply. They then sent a technician on site to install the new power supply.
